style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Non-Profit Organization (the \u00ab\u00a0NPO\u00a0\u00bb) has decided to design, manage, and provide the website stopcyberviolences.org (the \u00ab\u00a0Site\u00a0\u00bb), whose main objective is to communicate information about the NPO, its activities, and its news.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These Terms of Use (the \u00ab\u00a0Terms\u00a0\u00bb) aim to define the terms of access to and use of the Site. By accessing the Site, the user is deemed to have read and accepted the Terms.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>1 &#8211; Description of Services Offered via the Site<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The services provided by the NPO on the Site are intended to facilitate the user&rsquo;s requests for information and contact with the NPO. The user can:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access various sections to obtain information about the NPO&rsquo;s various missions;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use a contact service for information requests via a form;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make an appointment to join the NPO as a psychologist, as part of a civic service mission, an internship, a skills-based volunteering initiative, or as a partner;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participate in training aimed at better detecting and preventing risky behaviors in young people. These trainings aim to raise awareness of problematic situations young people may face;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Benefit from interventions with young people in classrooms, leisure centers, and sports and cultural clubs.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user is informed that these services may evolve regularly.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user is also informed that the activities of the NPO cannot replace therapeutic follow-up or complementary support for young victims of bullying, whether in educational, social, medical, or psychological contexts.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>2 &#8211; Access and Availability of the Site<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Site is accessible free of charge to anyone. Accessing and using the Site implies that the user has an internet connection via a provider of their choice. All costs related to accessing the Site (hardware, software, etc.) are the responsibility of the user.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The NPO makes every effort to keep the Site available 24\/7, except in the following cases:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Force majeure events as defined in the Civil Code;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintenance and servicing of the Site;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Updates of the Site made by the NPO.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The NPO is bound by an obligation of means. Furthermore, it reserves the right to modify, supplement, or suspend the content and\/or operation of the Site, restrict or interrupt access to any part of the Site, including its content and features, or change the availability hours of the Site.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>3 &#8211; Liability<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The NPO makes its best efforts to offer a free and efficient Site.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or damages arising from the use of the internet network, such as service interruptions, external intrusions, the presence of computer viruses, or any other force majeure event.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of force majeure, if the NPO is unable to provide access to the Site, the execution of services will be suspended for the duration of the access impossibility.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under no circumstances can the NPO or any third party mentioned on the Site be held responsible for damages, of any kind, related to the use or results of the use of the services. The NPO will also not be liable for damages resulting from the interpretation and\/or use of information provided through the services.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hyperlinks on the Site to other websites do not constitute validation of these sites or their content, and the NPO cannot be held responsible in this regard.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By accessing the Site, the user agrees to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access the Site and use its services in good faith, reasonably, and in accordance with these Terms;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain strict confidentiality when accessing data or information concerning a young person through the services;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not disrupt the use of the Site or its services by other users.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user is also aware that the NPO cannot guarantee the results of appointment requests, contact requests, or other connections.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>4 &#8211; Intellectual Property<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All content is licensed under Creative Commons BY 4.0, except for the monsters and the logo.
