    Membership Processing

To allow and manage the membership of new members, the Association processes the information provided in the membership form, including:

This processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the new member and, if applicable, their child, are parties.

The Association commits to retaining the data processed under this framework for a maximum period of 3 years. After this period, the Association agrees to destroy any copies of the data processed for this purpose. However, they may be retained for a longer period in case of dispute or litigation.

    Access to Services

To allow members and, where applicable, their children to access the services offered, the Association processes the following data:

  • First and last name

This data is processed to enable members and their children to access the services offered by the Association and to manage their implementation, specifically to send access links to discussion groups and training sessions, and to schedule and conduct individual meetings. This information is strictly required for you to access the services offered by the Association. Without these details, the Association cannot provide access to these services.

This processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the new member and, if applicable, their child, are parties.

The Association commits to retaining the data processed under this framework for a maximum period of 3 years. After this period, the Association agrees to destroy any copies of the data processed for this purpose. However, they may be retained for a longer period in case of dispute or litigation.

    Access and Management of Training

To allow users to access the training offered, the Association processes the following data:

  • First and last name

     

  • Email address

     

  • City and postal code

     

  • Phone number

     

This data is processed to allow you to access the training offered by the Association and to ensure its implementation, specifically to send access links to the training sessions.

These data are strictly required for the organization of the training and to allow you to access it. Without these details, you will not be able to benefit from the training.

This processing is based on your legitimate interest, and if applicable, the interest of your child, in benefiting from training tailored to detect bullying situations in advance and know how to act.

The Association commits to retaining the data processed under this framework until the conclusion of the training program, and in any case, for a maximum period of 3 years. After this period, the Association agrees to destroy any copies of the data processed for this purpose. However, they may be retained for a longer period in case of dispute or litigation.

    Monitoring Attendance at Discussion Groups

To allow appropriate support and to establish attendance statistics for the discussion groups, the Association monitors the attendance of participants at the discussion groups. For this purpose, the psychologist in charge of the discussion groups creates an attendance list for each session indicating present and absent participants.

For this purpose, the Association processes the following data:

  • First and last name of participants

     

  • Status: present or absent during the discussion group

     

This processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Association in assessing the relevance of the support provided to children and their parents, as well as the legitimate interest of the child in benefiting from consistent and tailored support. However, they may be retained for a longer period in case of dispute or litigation.

The Association commits to retaining the data processed under this framework for a maximum period of three years. After this period, the Association agrees to destroy any copies of the data processed for this purpose.

    Management of Requests to Exercise Rights

To respond to rights requests as per Article 7 of the Data Usage Policy, the Association processes the following data:

  • Identification data (First and last name)

     

  • Received request

     

  • Response provided

     

  • Email address

     

  • City and postal code

     

  • Phone number

     

This processing is necessary for the Association to comply with its legal obligations. The Association commits to retaining the data processed under this framework for a maximum period of 3 years. After this period, the Association agrees to destroy any copies of the data processed for this purpose. However, they may be retained for a longer period in case of dispute or litigation.

    Management of Contact Requests

To respond to your contact requests via the « Contact » section of the Site, the Association processes the following data:

  • Name

     

  • Email address

     

  • Content of the request

     

  • Response provided

     

This processing is based on your legitimate interest in processing your request. The data collected via the « Contact » form on the Site are strictly necessary for us to provide you with a useful response. Without these details, we will not be able to process your request.

The Association commits to retaining the data processed under this framework for as long as necessary to communicate with you and for a maximum period of one year.     Management of Engagement Requests with the Association

To allow you to engage with the Association to support young victims of bullying and their families, to join the team as a psychologist, in a civic service mission, as an intern, or as a volunteer, the Association processes the following data:

  • First and last name

     

  • Email address

     

  • Phone number

     

This data is processed to schedule an initial meeting with an appropriate contact within the Association and to process your engagement request. This processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures in view of entering into a contract to which you would be a party. This information is strictly required to allow us to process your request.

If applicable, the Association will also process this data to create a profile for you on the online platform to give you access to the discussion groups and send you links to those groups. This processing is necessary for the execution of the contract entered into between you and the Association.

Without these details, the Association will not be able to process your engagement request.

The Association commits to retaining the data processed under this framework for a maximum period of 3 years. For those involved in the discussion groups, it is specified that accounts created for them on the online platform will be immediately deleted after their involvement.

The Association commits to destroying any copies of the data processed for this purpose after this period. However, they may be retained for a longer period in case of dispute or litigation.

5. DATA TRANSMISSION

Only duly authorized members of the Association have access to the data processed by the Association. Notwithstanding the above, the Association may transmit data to the following recipients:

  • Its hosting and archiving service providers located within the European Union, acting as subcontractors on behalf of the Association.

     

  • Its legal advisors and/or lawyers, as well as those of potential buyers, in the context of restructuring operations, sales, mergers, acquisitions, or disputes.

     

  • Courts and judicial authorities in case of a dispute involving you or your child.

     

  • Government entities and administrations authorized to access and/or obtain personal data, especially if the Association is aware of an immediate danger faced by a child.

     

The Association does not intend to transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

6. DATA SECURITY

The Association commits to taking all necessary precautions and implementing appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure an adequate level of security and to protect the data it processes from unauthorized or accidental alteration, destruction, loss, disclosure, access, or any other unauthorized or illegal processing, in accordance with applicable law.

The Association guarantees the confidentiality of personal data and ensures that those authorized to process the data also commit to respecting this confidentiality obligation. In particular, your data is isolated through access rights management and privileges to make it accessible only to individuals who need to access it.

7. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Members, and where applicable, their minor children, have the rights to access, rectify, erase, and port their data, as well as the right to limit and oppose processing. They also have the right to issue specific and general directives regarding the storage, deletion, and communication of their data posthumously.
